One of a kind custom home with a guest house! The two homes were designed around the million dollar views! The family room has 21ft ceilings and 18ft windows! The rest of the main level has 10ft ceilings. The huge master bedroom has a spa like master bathroom with a massive double vanity, stand alone tub, two person steam shower with 8 shower heads, and a custom make up vanity. The kitchen has custom Italian cabinets and very high end appliances. This is truly a one of a kind property. The guest house was taken to the studs in 2016 and completely remodeled with very high end finishes. The guest house is 2 bedrooms one bathroom and 1,080sqft.
Red Dirt Reservoir is located in the Gore Pass area off HWY134 in the Routt National Forest. It is approximately 40 miles east of Yampa in between the towns of Yampa and Kremmling. This small area offers dispersed camping at the reservoir and rainbow trout fishing. There are no water or trash services, please pack out what you pack in.
The area was burned in 2018 by the Silver Creek Fire so visitors can expect to still see a burn scar. Please be aware of snags and do not camp under dead, burned trees for your safety.
Harmful cyanobacteria may be present when temperatures are warm and water levels are low. Please take caution with pets.
Wellington Lake is a privately owned lake and campground which is open to the public year-round.
