Bethel Community. Translated from the Hebrew: Bet – house, El – God. “Bethel” is the House of God. A place to pray, hear words from Scripture and grow in the knowledge of God. A place where you can bring your worries, questions, or tears and receive support because God is here and He is real. A place where you can sing praises to God and rejoice together, laugh and clap your hands, have celebrations, and put on plays. Bethel is a place where you will experience the presence of God.
There are young and not so young, programmers and musicians, those who love to cook and those who love to eat. Artists, businessmen and coffee connoisseurs. Those who have been in America for 25 years and those who have just arrived and are having a hard time “getting into the environment to take the language”.
Someone sings and someone organizes summer family camps and Sunday School for the children, who, by the way, love it. The littlest ones are happy in a room full of toys. There are those who have many relatives and those who have found their family here at Bethel. There are those who have heard about God since they were children and those who know nothing about Him, but took the risk to come once and stayed.
“Bethel is a place where there is a place for everyone… a place. Come and you too, there will be a place for you.
